Like the sun, we are all affected by the loving and vibrant energy of the moon.  Lunar energy is very different to solar energy but complements it perfectly.  Lunar energy is more closely associated with emotional healing.
 
Lunar energy is particularly helpful with all feminine aspects of life.  It promotes peace of mind, calmness and balance.  It cleanses and protects from negative energies. It’s also great for use in meditation.
 
Lunar Light is excellent to help deal with the subconscious mind and issues related to it.
 
Lunar Light & Solar Light together are a great combination and act like the Yin & Yang.  Yin is the Moon, the feminine and Yang is the Sun, the masculine.
You can use Lunar Light on its own or combination with Reiki.  It’s very easy to use and learn.  However, you do not need to be Reiki attuned to receive this wonderful energy.
